We want every homeowner who reaches Savepc Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Note that Savepc Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices on a provider's behalf.

How to File

Email contact@savepc.boutique and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
